Important: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be accepted, the product must:

  • be returned in its original condition;
  • be accompanied by all its accessories and original packaging;
  • show only signs of normal handling necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning;
  • show no damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

For items subject to hygiene requirements, these must be returned clean and in a condition that allows for inspection.
Return shipping costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt.
DPGLOBAL LLC, operating xxxx, reserves the right to refuse any return if the product shows excessive signs of use or damage not attributable to the company.

How do I make a return?

  • the reason for the return;
  • a photo of the product in the case of a defect or damage;
  • your full name;
  • your address.

Important

Never return your order to the address shown on the package.
After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return address and the instructions to follow.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the last item in their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
As our orders are processed very quickly, it is generally no longer possible to cancel them once they are being shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving it by following the return procedure described above.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the amounts corresponding to the returned items.
The refund will be issued:

  • within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return;
  • via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Any additional costs related to a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.
We recommend keeping proof of shipment until the refund has been confirmed.
